Samsung’s Galaxy S IV flagship device has been rumored to pack all sorts of new technology inside, and a new one is now said to be en-route to the handset, namely Eye scrolling.

Basically, this will continue the Smart Stay feature that was included in Galaxy S III, which tracked user’s eyes and prevented the screen from turning off, and will allow for scrolling of pages with simple eye movements.

According to The New York Times, the handset will determine where to scroll based on eye movement, so that users could continue reading a long web-page, for example, without touching the screen.

No further details on this have been provided, but Samsung has already filed for trademarking Eye Scroll both in Europe and in the United States, which suggests that the feature might indeed be coming to the next flagship smartphone.
