AT&T and Verizon wireless users will be able to take advantage of the features and capabilities that the Developer Edition flavor of the Samsung Galaxy S 4 has to offer to them, new reports on the matter suggest.

The handset is being launched with an unlocked bootloader, which should make it easy for users to tweak its software, as TalkAndroid notes in a recent article.

However, it should be noted that this is not the so-called Google Edition Galaxy S 4 model, which arrives on the market with stock Android 4.2.2, but that it still features the various customizations that Samsung has packed inside its TuochWiz UI.

Those who would like to learn additional info on the Galaxy S 4 Developer Edition should head over to this page on Samsung’s website.
