The smartphone will be unveiled on September 4 at IFA 2013

On September 4, South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung Electronics should make official a new device in its Galaxy Note series, namely the Galaxy Note III, and rumor has it that it might also be set to start shipping the handset later that month.

According to a recent article on SamMobile, Samsung would be ready to ship the large smartphone during week 36.

Furthermore, the news site claims that Samsung will not be releasing a 16GB flavor of the mobile phone, but only 32GB and 64GB models.

Samsung has already announced plans to hold an Unpacked Event at IFA 2013 in Berlin on September 4, and this is where the smartphone should be officially detailed.
