One of the highly anticipated smartphones of the year is shaping up to be the Galaxy Note III from Samsung, the third handset in the popular Galaxy Note series from the company, currently rumored to make an official appearance in September at the IFA 2013 show in Berlin.

The mobile phone made it to the headlines quite a few times before, yet no official confirmation on it has emerged until now.

According to the latest news on the matter, coming from The Korea Herald, it will be announced in September with a 5.7-inch touchscreen display on the front, the same as one previous rumor suggested.

However, others claim that it might pack a 5.9-inch screen when made official, along with a Snapdragon 800 CPU, support for LTE-Advanced connectivity, and 3GB of RAM, the same as LG’s Optimus G2 might include.
