South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung Electronics is getting ready for the launch of its Galaxy Mega 6.3 smartphone in the United States, and it has already had it tested by the FCC, it seems.

The phone had been spotted at the feds before, but it made another visit recently, this time with support for AT&T’s 4G LTE connectivity, which suggests that it could be launched at this wireless carrier, Engadget notes.

Featuring model number SGH-i527, the 6.3-inch mobile phone packs a 1.7GHz dual-core processor, 1.5GB of RAM, an 8-megapixel photo snapper, and a 1.9MP front camera for video calling.

No specific info on when the smartphone will be launched at AT&T has been provided as of now, and details on its pricing are missing as well. Keep an eye on this space for additional info.
