Fringland, the team behind the popular fring application, has just released a minor update for the Android version.

The application was also updated last week with automatic recognition of friends that are already using fring, new look and feel, new text log and call log screens, enhanced address book functionality and better fringOut calling rates.

Today, developers updated fring for Android once again, but this time they focused on improvements and bug fixes.

In this regard, the latest update brings improvements to the registration process and to the contact import process. Some bug fixes in texting, loading time and SIP setting options have been included as well.

Fring 4.0.0.25 is now available as a free download via Google Play store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.2 and up. Check it out here.
