It should arrive on devices with security enhancement inside

Apparently, Mozilla has just made available for download the Beta version of its Firefox for Android 11 browser.

As of February 17th, the application was put up for download in the Android Market, without a changelog attached to it. However, those who will download and install the application should benefit from a series of security enhancements.

For those out of the loop, we should note that Mozilla has recently delivered updates for all of its Firefox versions, in an attempt to fix some security issues that the browser was found to be plagued by.

What is interesting to note, however, is the fact that the release notes to which the new flavor of Firefox Beta (which is listed in the Android Market as 11) links to are those for Firefox 10.0.2. Whether Firefox 11 was posted by accident or not, it remains to be seen.
