14 DAY TRIAL // Windows Phone fans unhappy with the official Facebook application have already taken into consideration other clients for their favorite operating system.
Facebook Viewer is one of the popular Facebook clients for Windows Phone, an interesting alternative to the official app.
Although not perfect, Facebook Viewer now offers a new UI design that fits Windows Phone 8’s Metro user interface.
Aside from the new design, the latest version of the application comes with new icons and the abilities to see friends online and access account settings. Users will now be able to pin almost any icons by long pressing on them from the menu.
Keep in mind that if “Photo Upload” is not working, developers recommend users to reinstall the application and login first with the “Sign in to Facebook” button on the menu.
Facebook Viewer 2.0 is now available as a free download via Windows Phone Store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Windows Phone 7.5 and up. Check it out here.
