The update is likely to bring some minor bug fixes

Facebook fans who own Windows Phone devices will be pleased to know the social networking app has just received a small update that’s supposed to improve user’s overall experience.

Keep in mind, though, that the small update has been pushed to beta version of Facebook for Windows Phone, so those who are using the stable iteration will be getting it yet.

The bad news is Microsoft did not release any official changelogs for this small update, so we must assume it’s just a minor improvement over the previous version.

We suspect Microsoft only included some bug fixes and possibly some tweaks, but this is just a speculation since developers have not announced what changes have been provided via this update.

Those who are into testing and already have Facebook Beta for Windows Phone installed on their devices will probably notice if there are any major changes included in the update.

New users who wish to take advantage of Facebook’s new features on their Windows Phone devices before they are released for the general public can now download Facebook Beta for Windows Phone 5.2.4.1 for free via Windows Phone Store.

The application has been confirmed to run on all devices powered by Windows Phone 7.5 and up, including the upcoming Windows Phone 8.1.
