The folks at Evernote have silently released a minor update for their Android application, which promises to fix a major issue.

It appears that Evernote users have been complaining of major synchronization problems with the application, so developers had to release a minor update just to fix this issue.

Aside from addressing this major synchronization issue, the update does not come with anything new, but we’re pretty sure Evernote will continue to improve its Android application with new features and enhancements included in future updates.

With more than 10 million downloads in Google Play store, Evernote is one of the best note apps available for Android devices.

The latest version of Evernote is now available as a free download via Google Play store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 1.6 and up. Check it out here.
