An updated version of the Evernote application is now available for download for the owners of BlackBerry 10 devices, namely version 5.1.0.144.

Following the update, users should enjoy the ability to add photos and screenshots for notes in Evernote, while also having the option to create checkbox lists.

Furthermore, the updated application release arrives on handsets with support for two-stage authentication, as well as with a variety of performance improvements.

For those out of the loop, we should note that Evernote is one of the most popular note-taking applications available for mobile devices at the moment.

“This award winning app lets you remember and recall anything that happens in your life. From notes to ideas to snapshots to recordings, put it all into Evernote and watch as everything instantly synchronizes from your BlackBerry to the Web to your Mac or Windows desktop,” the app’s description reads.
