The largest phone in the world already proved successful

If you were ever wondering how big the 5.3-inch touchscreen display that Samsung’s Galaxy Note features would be, you now have an answer: it is big enough to be used by an elephant.

In the video embedded above, you will see Peter the elephant playing with a Samsung Galaxy Note, and actually enjoying it.

Of course, Samsung did not design the smartphone to be used by elephants, but its screen is big enough to allow for all kind of unusual actions.

This is why Peter can play the piano or drums on the phone’s screen. He can also have a look at fresh fruits on Galaxy Note’s screen, and they certainly are displayed big enough to appear real.

Researchers believe that people are interested in larger screens on their smartphones, and the fact that Samsung has already sold 5 million Galaxy Note devices in five months proves that.
