UK-based carrier Everything Everywhere (EE) has just announced it would start offering the Nexus 7 tablet on its 4G data plans.
However, as Eurodroid points out, given the fact the Nexus 7 does not come with 4G support, it will come bundled with a Huawei E589 Mobile Wi-Fi unit alongside, which is meant to connect the slate to the carrier’s 4G network.
According to EE, the Nexus 7 will be available starting this weekend, though we don’t have an exact release date yet.
The tablet comes equipped with a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, an ULP GeForce GPU and 1GB of RAM.
It also sports a 7-inch LED-backlit IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display that supports 800 x 1280 pixels resolution and features Corning Gorilla Glass coating. Stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
