Dropbox users with Android devices will be happy to know that the application has just received a small update that brings a few new features and tweaks.

First of all, they will now be able to upgrade to the paid version of the application via Google Play. Dropbox Pro will be available via Google’s application store.

The latest update for Dropbox also brings a new function that allows users to create new shared folders and invite contacts to existing shared folders.

Last but not least, with the latest version of Dropbox, users will be able to manage sharing settings. Some bug fixes have been included as well, but no additional details are available.

You can now download Dropbox for Android 2.3.12 for free via Softpedia. Keep in mind that the application should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 4.0 and up.
