UC Web, creators of the popular UC Browser application have been pretty busy this week. The company released the beta version of UC Browser 8.1 for BlackBerry several days ago, and more recently they updated the Android iteration.

Although it’s not a major release, UC Browser 8.4.1 for Android is pretty important due to the fact that it comes with support for more phones in Google Play store.

In addition, devs also added multi-language support. The latest version UC Browser for Android supports English, Russian, Portuguese, French, Indonesian and Vietnamese languages. Last but not least, UC Web also fixed the battery consumption bug and other swipe bugs.

UC Browser 8.4.1 is now available as a free download via Google Play store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.1 and up. Check it out here.
