A new flavor of the RunKeeper for Android application is now available for download, with a completely redesigned interface, namely version 3.0.

Available for download for all devices running under Android 2.2 or newer, the new application iteration arrives with features such as in-activity splits, providing details on the user’s pace per mile/km or workout interval throughout the activity.

Furthermore, the app features a “Me” tab, where users can keep track of their goal progress, personal records, and activity tally over time.

There are also audio cue improvements to take advantage of in the new release, along with workout reminders, so that users could schedule their next workout when they finish the last one.

RunKeeper 3.0 for Android is a free application, and can be found available for download on this page on Softpedia.
