With a fix to issues that affected Turbo connectivity on some 3G networks

A new flavor of the popular Opera Mobile browser is now available for download for devices running under Google’s Android operating system, namely version 12.1.3.

The new mobile app release arrives on Android devices shortly after 12.1.2 was pushed to handsets, and is meant to resolve some of the issues discovered to affect users’ experience with it.

To be more precise, Opera Mobile 12.1.3 for Android is destined to fix issues with Turbo connectivity on some 3G networks.

According to Opera, all users are recommended to update the app to the new version, so as to make sure that they take advantage of said improvements.
