The latest update introduces a few new features and improvements

Chinese company Maxthon has just released a major update for their Android browser with the same name. It brings a few new features and several improvements and bug fixes.

The first major addition is aimed at owners of Android tablets larger than 7-inch. The new feature allows for automatic UI adjustment for this kind of tablets. Developers also added support links invoking native app.

Among the notable improvements included in this update we should mention increased stability. Some crash-related bug have been fixed as well, along with the ones detailed below:

- Fixed copy-paste problem on certain devices; - Fixed addressbar-shaking problem on certain devices; - Fixed browser-frozen problem during Cloud Push; - Fixed screen flickering problem.

Maxthon Browser 4.0.4.1000 is now available as a free download via Google Play Store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.2 and up. Check it out here.
