Google continues to deliver weekly updates to its Chrome browser for Android devices. We’re talking about the beta version of the application, which has its own channel where testers can see what’s new in every update.

This time developers addressed some known issues and fixed some bugs that crashed the browser in some situations. The following problems have been fixed in this update:

- Video Controls disappear for small screen embedded videos; - Poor scrolling performance in boingboing.net; - “BEST OF YOUTUBE” videos text for all categories chopped off; - Fixes for top crashes.

Keep in mind that there’s still a key known issue, which will probably be fixed in future updates: black screen on load on Huawei tablets.

Chrome Beta 26.0.1410.49 is available as a free download via Google Play Store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 4.0 and up. Check it out here.
