Owners of Android-based devices out there fond of Mozilla’s Firefox mobile browser will be happy to learn that an updated flavor of the Firefox Beta app is now available for download for them, namely version 30.

The new release arrives only a few days after Firefox 29 landed in the stable channel, and comes with a nice range of new features, such as Quickshare buttons in Context menu, and the possibility to re-order existing panels in about:home.

Moreover, the updated app release now provides users with the possibility to add web content to home page panels using Home Feeds Add-On.

More importantly, Firefox 30 Beta 1 for Android now comes with support for more locales, including Belarusian [be], Argentine Spanish [es-AR], Mexican Spanish [es-MX], Indonesian [id], Latvian [lv], Indonesian [id], and Malay [ms].

The updated mobile browser was also designed to resolve a series of issues discovered in the previous release, such as Ignore autocomplete="off" when offering to save passwords via the password manager, or a problem with TypedArrays not supporting new named properties.

The updated application also comes with a series of changes for developers, including the availability of mute and volume per window when using WebAudio, or implemented ES6 array and generator comprehensions.

You can download Firefox 30 Beta 1 for Android from Softpedia today. The mobile browser is available for all devices running under Android 2.0 and newer platform releases.
