Google has just announced that a new version of Chrome is now available for download for Android users. Those who already have the browser installed on their devices should check for an update in Google Play Store.

According to Google, the latest update doesn’t bring any new features or improvements, instead it is meant to fix some bugs that have plagued the Android version of Chrome since the previous version.

Aside from the pretty long list of bug fixes, Google has confirmed that it has delivered some stability fixes as well. Those who want more details on the changes included in the update can check out the SVN revision log published by Google.

Keep in mind though that the SVN revision log only contains a partial list of the changes in this build, but it should be enough to give you an idea of the improvements made under the hood.

Google updates the stable version of Chrome pretty often, but most of the time they are bug fixes. Those who wish to test new features before they are being made available to the general public can download the beta version of Chrome.

New users can now download Chrome for Android 33.0.1750.170 for free via Google Play Store. The application should be fully compatible with most devices powered by Android 4.0 and up.
