Owners of Windows Phone 8 devices out there who are interested in new ways to manage apps and shortcuts on their handsets can now download a new flavor of the App Folder application, namely version 1.2.0.1.

The new app iteration comes with a small set of enhancements packed inside, though at least one of them should prove a welcomed addition, namely the possibility to toggle app title.

Apparently, the function can be applied to each folder separately. Users should head over to folder > option > show/hide information for that.

Previously, the mobile application was updated with a new Internet Explorer Favourites feature, as well as with a series of user interface changes.

As mentioned above, App Folder was designed to provide users with the possibility to manage apps by grouping them into folders. The software will also work with settings shortcuts, while also enabling users to easily keep their Tiles organized.

“In App Folder, users can select apps or settings shortcuts and manage folders,” the application’s description reads.

App Folder for Windows Phone is an application developed by Samsung, currently available for all devices running under Windows Phone 8 or Windows Phone 8.1.
