Adobe AIR has just been updated with several bug fixes and improvements, which are meant to enhance overall user experience.

However, the Android version has received only small improvements, so don't get your hopes high for any new features or important enhancements in this iteration of Adobe AIR.

According to the official changelog, a bug regarding orientation change on Android devices has been addressed: “orientationChange event handler fetches wrong stage.orientation values.”

No other changes for Android platform are mentioned in the changelog, but those who want to know more details on the update can check out the complete list of changes.

You can now download Adobe AIR for Android 3.9.0.121 for free via Softpedia. Keep in mind that the application should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.2 and up.
