Earlier this month, Verizon and Motorola started pushing out the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean upgrade to the owners of DROID RAZR and DROID RAZR MAXX smartphones in the United States, and it seems that the new software has caused more issues than it resolved.

According to an article on PhoneArena, the update caused calls to drop when a second call came in while in a conversation, widgets failed to update properly, and apps stopped working.

The info comes from a a user who claims that Verizon is already aware of the situation after receiving multiple reports on the matter, and that Motorola was also informed on these problems. Other similar reports can be seen over at Droidforums as well.

Hopefully, DROID RAZR and RAZR MAXX users wiil be served with a new update in the not too distant future, so as that said issues will be resolved.
