Verizon customers who own the DROID Incredible 2 by HTC are reportedly receiving a minor software update that adds a few new features and improves the stability of some apps.

Software version 4.08.605.3 bring the phone's firmware to Android 2.3.4 and includes several changes, such as: improved server connections for email synchronization and Mail application stability and increased stability of Visual Voice Mail application.

In addition, the software update adds the ability to dial the “+1” prefix when roaming internationally in CDMA markets, as well as the option to set Data roaming for “all trips” or for “individual trips.”

Several improvements in sending and receiving messages while roaming have been introduced as well.

Verizon has already started to roll out the update OTA (over the air), but Google Talk with Video does not work properly, the folks at DroidLife claim.
