Mobile phone carrier Verizon Wireless is gearing up for the release of a new Motorola device in the popular DROID series, namely the DROID 4, and some more info on the device’s availability emerged recently.

Apparently, Verizon will have it pushed to the market via all channels as soon as February 10th, at least this is what a leaked Verizon equipment guide that made it to the web courtesy of Droid-life shows.

In only one week from now, enthusiasts who have been waiting for the device to arrive on shelves ever since it leaked for the first time about half a year ago will be able to grab the phone.

DROID 4 arrives on shelves with a fast 1.2GHz application processor inside and 1GB of RAM to complement it, a 4-inch qHD display, 16GB of internal storage, an 8-megapixel camera on the back with support for HD video recording, and support for Verizon’s LTE network.
