Only for the T-Mobile model for the time being, others will receive it soon

Those who might have feared that the latest flagship Android-based smartphone from Samsung, namely the Galaxy S 4, might receive no love from the modding community out there, should rejoice.

The first custom ROMs for the device are already available for download, and they are part of the CyanogenMod 10.1 branch, although they are only nightly builds for the time being.

Unfortunately, only the T-Mobile flavor of the smartphone is supported for now, though other models will receive a taste of CyanogenMod too soon.

“I just finished the initial bringup of the T-Mobile Galaxy S4 (SGH-M919). We'll port to other variants when we get the devices (including the I9505),” Steve Kondik notes in a post on Google+.

AT&T’s users interested in installing custom ROMs on their devices might be able to do so as well, given that the device has already got its bootloader unlocked.
