One of the mobile phones that have been rumored lately to arrive on shelves with the Windows Phone 8.1 operating system loaded on top is the Lumia 830, which has also appeared in some allegedly leaked images, but which hasn’t been officially confirmed as of now.

The handset, supposedly set to land on the market as a successor to Nokia Lumia 820, should be released with a 13-megapixel PureView camera on the back, thus being the first mid-range Lumia handset to sport such capabilities.

The handset is also expected to feature a touchscreen display of around 4.5 inches, and could also sport a quad-core processor inside, which would make it a powerful affordable device. Moreover, it is said to boast the new Nokia by Microsoft branding adopted by the Redmon-based company.

The one thing that we still have to learn on this phone is what it will look like when ready for launch, but concept renders coming from PhoneDesigner (via Facebook) should change that for a bit.

The smartphone was imagined with an aluminum frame wrapped around its body, just as the aforementioned leaked photos with it have revealed. Overall, it should look a lot like the Lumia Icon and Lumia 930, yet keep in mind that it is only a concept phone for the time being.

Since no official confirmation on this Windows Phone 8.1 device has been provided as of now, we’ll take the info on it with a grain of salt for the time being. However, stay tuned for more on it.
