Google’s Android 4.1 Jelly Bean platform has been fully ported to Intel’s mobile processors, and the company is making sure that users can take advantage of a wide range of apps on devices powered by these chips.

The Chrome for Android mobile browser is one of these apps, now offering full support for devices powered by the Intel processors, such as the newly unveiled Motorola RAZR i.

The smartphone is expected to hit shelves in October this year, and will offer more options when it comes to browsing the internet than it did before, the same as other Medfield-based handsets.

The application was updated with a series of security and stability improvements as well, along with a series of fixes for issues that have been found to affect users’ experience. The latest version of Chrome for Android is available in the Google Play store.
