We reported earlier today Google updated the beta version of Chrome browser for Android to iteration 42. The new Chrome beta for Android has new features and improvements that will eventually make it to the final build after being tested by users.

Until then though, let's see what the latest version of Chrome for Android brings to users of the browser. First of all, Google confirmed that the new release offers users the ability to pull to reload at the top of most pagers.

Aside from that, a number of bug fixes and performance improvements were included as well, but no additional details on these have been provided.

The changelog also mentions that the update should also bring easier site permission management and updates for Android 5.0 Lollipop.

Some under-the-hood enhancements were delivered too, so you should notice that there's a slight improvement in speed for Chrome for Android.

If you don't have the application installed yet, you can now download Chrome for Android 41 for free via Google Play Store. The application should be fully compatible with all devices powered by Android 2.3 and up.

Keep in mind that the new version will be rolled out worldwide in the next few hours and that some of the features might not be available for devices that run OS versions lower than Android 4.0.
