“It's impressive that this product is our biggest selling Android tablet, and it will be really interesting to see if other manufacturers will follow suit with smaller tablets over the coming months to spice up the Christmas period,” said Graham Stapleton, chief commercial officer at Carphone Warehouse.
With the 32GB Nexus 7 tablet arriving in the next few weeks, we expect the tablet’s sales to continue to increase, but will it be able to challenge Apple’s upcoming iPad mini? That remains to be seen.
The Nexus 7 recently received the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update, which has been confirmed to bring slight hardware improvements, as well as performance enhancements.
