MADFINGER Games, creators of highly-acclaimed Dead Trigger, Samurai II Vengeance and Shadowgun titles for Android devices, have just confirmed the former’s sequel will be launched in Q2 2013.

Dead Trigger 2 will be one of the first games optimized for Nvidia’s Tegra 4 chipset, which was recently announced at Consumer Electronics Show 2013 (CES), in Las Vegas.

Sadly, developers did not offer any details on the upcoming availability of the game. However, we can safely assume it will blend addictive zombie shooting and state-of-the-art visuals.

Until Dead Trigger 2 arrives in the Google Play Store, Android users can try out the original game which is fully compatible with most devices running Android 2.1 and up. Check it out here.

Keep in mind that the game is available for free, but various in-app purchases can make your life easier while playing.
