BlackBerry Z10, the first smartphone that Canadian mobile phone maker BlackBerry has brought to the market with its new BlackBerry 10 platform loaded on top, is expected to arrive on shelves at Canada’s Eastlink as soon as April 12, new reports on the matter suggest.

No official announcement on the matter has been made so far, but a leaked document that emerged over at MobileSyrup claims that the phone will indeed hit shelves at this carrier on Friday.

Details on the handset’s price tag haven’t been officially provided as of now, but rumor has it that it might become available at around $600, contract-free.

Furthermore, it seems that the wireless operator also has plans for the release of the Samsung Galaxy S 4 on its network, though it remains to be seen when exactly it will make it available for purchase.
