After the short BBM outage on Android and iOS platforms, BlackBerry released a new version of BlackBerry World, which has yet to be available for general public.

As CrackBerry points out, BlackBerry World version 5.0.0.120 has been silently pushed onto Beta Zone for those with access to download and test.

The bad news is the Canadian company did not attach a changelog to this small update, so there’s no telling what’s been improved or whether or not it will bring new features.

In order to download and install the latest BlackBerry World 5.0.0.120, you will need a valid BlackBerry Beta Zone account. Also make sure you have BlackBerry Beta Zone app installed on your device.

Keep in mind that this version has been released for testing purposes, so it might be plagued by bugs and performance issues (hopefully not).
