BlackBerry seems to be on a roller coaster today, as the company has just unveiled the Leap smartphone, a mid-range handset with a focus on security.

Well, the Canadian device maker is present at MWC 2015 and according to an official tweet, the company has taken the opportunity to show off a new product.

Taking cues from the BlackBerry Torch, the Canadian tech giant is showcasing an all new BlackBerry 10 slider. The product doesn't currently have a name and no details about it have been revealed for the time being.

We just got the chance to look at it and its BlackBerry 10 keyboard. Whispers also indicate the new phone will feature a dual curve display.

It has also come to our attention that the model has been associated with the “Keian” codename. It turns out this is incorrect, as the company said Keian would be a high-end luxury handset designed in collaboration with Porsche Design in the honor of Keian Blundell (Crackberry Ryan Blundell’s son who died of leukemia).

Anyway, while we wait for BlackBerry to slip out more details about the upcoming phone, you can take a look at the new Leap handset.

However, we have a feeling that the slider will have more advanced specs.
