BlackBerry fans will be happy to know there’s a new Sat Nav application available for their devices, BlackBerry Navigator.

According to CrackBerry, the application is powered by TomTom and offers real-time turn-by-turn spoken directions to destination, preview route steps and upcoming turns, as well as trip summary and overview map.

Furthermore, BlackBerry Navigator features support for 7 digits postcode, BBM and contacts app integration. With Local Search feature, users can get information on nearby hotels and restaurants, but also on other points of interest (POIs).

For the time being, BlackBerry Navigator is only available in the Beta Zone for UK users. The application supports only BlackBerry 7 smartphones, but developers might extend support to other devices as well.

BlackBerry Beta Zone users in the UK can now download the Navigator app for free.
