RIM has just released a new update for the BlackBerry App World application, which is now available for download in Beta Zone.

Obviously, this is still a beta version, though it brings quite a lot of interesting new features and options. The most important seems to be the option to use “Other Devices” filter view.

This option available in “My World” will provide users will the possibility to filter out apps not available for their device (PlayBook Apps).

In addition, with the latest version of BlackBerry App World users will be able to find an app in “My World” by typing a keyword term.

Another interesting new features is the possibility to share app lists via NFC (Near Field Communications). NFC can be users as an additional option to share a single app.

The App World 3.1.2.20 is now available for download in the BlackBerry Beta Zone. Keep in mind that the latter requires registration in order to be able to download apps.
