The smartphone is priced at $800 (€570) off contract

Bell Canada and Sony Mobile have just announced the immediate availability of the Xperia Z Ultra phablet. The unlocked version of the smartphone has been recently introduced in the United States as well, but customers in Canada can pick it up for much lower prices from various carriers.

According to MobileSyrup, Sony Xperia Z Ultra is now available for purchase at Bell for as low as $250 (€180) on 2-year contracts. In addition, Android enthusiasts can buy the huge smartphone for the impressive $800 (€570) outright price.

The Xperia Z Ultra comes packed with a large 6.4-inch Triluminous capacitive touchscreen display and a powerful 2.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor.

The device also boasts an enhanced 8-megapixel main camera with Exmor RS sensor, autofocus, LED flash and full HD (1080p) video recording, as well as a secondary 2-megapixel front-facing camera.
