Windows Phone enthusiasts interested in the purchase of a cheap new handset running under the Windows Phone 8.1 operating system can now head over to Amazon to grab the BLU Win JR, which has just become available at only $89 (€69).

The mobile phone comes to the market with a 4-inch touchscreen display capable of delivering a WVGA resolution and is packed with all of the features and capabilities you would expect from a device in its price range.

BLU has included a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 200 processor inside it, along with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory, paired with a microSD memory card slot with support for up to 32GB of additional storage space.

Moreover, the new BLU Win JR features a 5-megapixel camera on the back, with LED flash, as well as a VGA front camera for video calling while on the go.

At the same time, the new mobile phone arrives on shelves with support for 4G HSPA+ networks, as well as with dual-SIM capabilities.

It is compatible with the networks of AT&T, T-Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, and other wireless carriers in the US. Amazon is selling it unlocked and SIM-free, so users have a lot of carrier choices to go in for.
