14 DAY TRIAL // It looks like BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) service is down for Android and iOS users. With BBM 2.0 just around the corner, the Canadian company may be working to implement the changes that will be included in the upcoming version, which is probably why the service is down.
There are lots of reports coming from CrackBerry forums confirming BBM service for both Android and iOS platforms is down, but not for BlackBerry.
Sending and receiving BBM messages from BlackBerry devices is still working flawlessly, but when trying to send messages on Android and iOS smartphones you won't get the check mark for a successfully sent message.
It's not the first time BlackBerry services experience a temporary outage, but let's hope this time it will take a lot less to fix it. Stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
