As expected, Apple released over the weekend its latest smartphones in India. Although Apple’s products are not that popular among Indian customers, it looks like iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c had more luck.

Unleashthephones reports that for the first time Indian customers are actually waiting in line to purchase a phone, an Apple iPhone. There aren’t any changes regarding the pricing options, so those who wish to buy an iPhone will have to come up with the following amounts:

- iPhone 5c (16GB) – Rs 41,900 ($680 / €500) - iPhone 5c (32GB) – Rs 53,500 ($865 / €640)

- iPhone 5s (16GB) – Rs 53,500 ($865 / €640) - iPhone 5s (32GB) – Rs 62,500 ($1,010 / €750) - iPhone 5s (64GB) – Rs 71,500 ($1,160 / €860)

Keep in mind though that iPhone 5C 16GB is also available for Rs 2,500 per month at Reliance. The carrier also sells the iPhone 5s for Rs 2,800 per month on contract.
