The store should be updated with the option to pre-order

Apple fans had about 3 days to decide whether or not any of the two iPhone 6 models appeals to them, so that they secure their pre-orders via Apple Store.

It has become a custom for the Apple Store to go offline before any major update, and the fact that iPhone 6 pre-orders were scheduled to begin today is one of the reasons you can not access it right now.

Unfortunately, pre-orders for the iPhone 6 have already started and the Apple Store has not been put online yet. The good news is you can pre-order your preferred model through the iPhone.

We’ve got quite a lot of reports saying that the Apple Store does not work on the iPad anymore and that you still can’t pre-order the iPhone 6 from the desktop.

If you managed to secure your iPhone 6 pre-order, you will receive a reservation number and more details via email. You should be able to pick up your reserved iPhone 6 beginning September 19, but that should be confirmed in the email you get after placing your order.

Let us know if you managed to reserve your iPhone 6 and what method you used. For more details on iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, see our technical specification pages.

Update 1

The Apple Store is back online in most countries apparently. You can try ordering your preferred iPhone 6 right now. Good luck!
