Following Google's release of Android 4.2, the popular launcher Apex has been updated with several new options and various bug fixes.

More importantly, the update fixes some crashes issues for devices running Android 4.2 platform. In addition, developers added an option to close drawer after launching apps.

It is also worth mentioning that the icon label handling has been improved, though labels will not be cut off or hidden automatically.

There's also a new option to toggle home screen alpha effect, but devs recommend users to leave it off for smoother transitions. Last but not least, the latest version comes with updated translations.

Apex Launcher 1.3.4 is now available as a free download via Google Play store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 4.0.3 and up. Check it out here.
