Invitations have already been sent to Moto X owners

Motorola has just kicked off the rollout of Android 4.4 KitKat update for Moto X at US Cellular, which is one of the last carriers in the United States to receive the upgrade.

The very last one though would be Sprint. According to Phonearena, Motorola has already started to send invitations for a soak test to all Moto X users that bought their devices through Sprint's official channels.

Although the email received by Sprint Moto X owners does not mention that they will be testing Android 4.4 KitKat, this is our best bet taking into consideration that the smartphone has yet to receive the said update.

If the soak test begins later this week and everything goes well, we might see Android 4.4 KitKat for Moto X arriving at Sprint as early as next week. Stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
