This week, Taiwanese mobile phone maker HTC Corporation started to deliver the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system to the owners of HTC One Developer Edition in the US, and plans on pushing it to more models soon.

In a recent post on Twitter, Jason Mackenzie, president of HTC USA, confirmed the availability of the update for unlocked HTC One in the United States and Canada, and also said that carrier-branded devices would receive it a bit later.

“3 days left on 4.3 deadline for US/Canada HTC One. Unlocked out! Carrier skus coming, but will slightly miss 9/30. Will keep u updated,” he said.

Android 4.3 brings a nice range of enhancements to HTC One devices, including better camera capabilities in low light, improvements to Gallery, a Battery charging percentage indicator, stability improvements, and more.
