TELUS, Bell and Rogers have been confirmed to offer the upgrade

While Sony fans are still waiting for their promised Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for Xperia SP, V, T and TX, the Japanese company offers the upgrade for other high-end smartphones.

MobileSyrup reports Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update is now available for Sony Xperia Z, ZL, Z1 and Z Ultra at Canadian carrier Bell.

In addition, Rogers is also reportedly rolling out the Android 4.3 update for Xperia ZL and Z1, while TELUS is said to offer the upgrade for Xperia Z1 owners.

According to the official changelog, those who upgrade to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean will receive Bluetooth smart support, along with Wi-Fi scan only mode for improved devices location.

Last but not least, overall performance and user interface optimizations have been included in the update as well. In order to manually check for the update simply go to Settings / About phone / Software update.
