Taiwanese mobile phone maker HTC Corporation has started to deliver the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS upgrade to the owners of HTC One with dual-SIM capabilities, the latest reports on the matter suggest.

The OS upgrade is currently available for devices in China and Russia, the only two markets that received the device, and is being delivered over-the-air, it seems.

The update is expected to arrive on all devices within a matter of days, and is said to land on the single-SIM version of HTC One as well, maybe as soon as today.

The new software packs a series of enhancements to the launch bar, a redesigned widget panel, support for lock screen widgets, and a battery level indicator in the status bar, and more, info coming from @LlabTooFeR unveils.

Improvements to the camera and gallery apps and quick settings panel in notification shade were also included.
