Following the discovery of a series of bugs that affected the user experience in Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, Google has started to push out a software update for devices running under the platform.

The software has started to arrive on devices as Android 4.2.1 and is now available for download for Nexus 4 too, the latest Google phone out there.

Earlier today, we learned that Nexus 10 tablets were also receiving the update, which supposedly fixes the December bug that made headlines not too long ago.

The update weighs 1MB and might include other fixes as well, yet Google hasn’t provided a changelog for it so far.

Users in Germany, the US, and other countries are already reporting successful updates to the new platform release. Keep an eye on this space for more on this.
