Samsung Galaxy Note II ships with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box, but the South Korean company promised it would offer more updates for its flagship smartphone.

The folks at AndroidOS report that the Android 4.1.2 update is now available for Galaxy Note II owners in India. It appears that the upgrade is pushed OTA (over-the-air), as well as via Samsung Kies desktop software.

Build number JZO54K.N7100XXDLL4 is now pushed in waves, so not all owners of the phablet will receive it at the same time.

However, the update should be available for all Samsung Galaxy Note II devices in India through Samsung Kies.

Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean brings new features and tweaks, as well as bug fixes. It is also worth mentioning that India is the second country that receives this update, after Poland.
