While we're still waiting for Samsung to announce the availability of the hotly-anticipated Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean update for the international Galaxy S III, those who own a carrier-bounded device can play with a few official ROMs that leaked in the past few days.

It appears that the folks over at XDA Developers have just leaked an official Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean update for T-Mobile Galaxy S III (T-999).

However, it appears that this is not the final version of the update that will be released at T-Mobile USA due to a number of bugs that are still plaguing this build.

For example, Samsung still need to fix Wi-Fi calling, as well as some bugs found in the stock browser and video player. Users may also experience some overall performance issues and lags, while Google Now is not yet fully functional.

More details on the latest Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean ROM for T-Mobile Galaxy S III are available via XDA Developers forums here.
